Can you ship internationally?

Yes, you will be giving the option for international shipping at checkout.

International Buyers – Please Note:
a. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
b. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. The tools must be return in excellent condition with no scratches or dents. Return delivery label to be paid by customer.

Do you offer training?

Not at this time! We do include a brochure with general information and guidelines on how to use the tools, this brochure is included with your shipping package.

What kind of cream, oil, or lubricant do you recommend?

We recommend using ultrasound gel, Palmer Shea Butter or albolene as an affordable option. (We do not include any lubricant with your tools)

Do you offer military/student discount or multiple set purchase discounts?

Student discount – You must email from your active student email account and we will send you the invoice to the email address provided.

Military discount – Send up a copy of your military ID via email.

Multiple set discount – If you are purchasing 3 or more sets contact us for more information.

Do I need to be certified to purchase Zuka Tools?

No. You don’t need a certification but we do advise you to have some knowledge on treating soft tissue injuries. You can research online for videos and training available by third parties.

Can I buy individual tools or just the set?

Yes, you can purchase individual tools. At this time we only offer the protective case with the Zuka Tool set. If you purchase an individual tool, it will be shipped to you on a protective wrap to avoid scratches on the tool.
